Panaji: Total 628 new cases of COVID-19 infection was reported in Goa on Wednesday, taking the total tally to 26,139.
The health department official said that 351 people were recovered on Wednesday, after which 20,445 people have been declared as recovered by the state government.
In all 2,066 samples were tested of which 628 were tested positive, he said.
In all four people died on Wednesday taking the death toll to 319 in the coastal state.
