Panaji: The number of COVID-19 cases in Goa increased by 348 on Monday to reach 7,423, while four deaths took the toll to 64, an official said.
A total of 173 people were discharged during the day, taking the number of such cases to 5287, leaving the state with 2,072 active cases, he said.
“A 71-year-old woman, a 63-year-old man, a 65-year- old man and 79-year-old woman died. On Wednesday, a total of 2561 samples were tested, of which 348 were positive, 1463 negative and reports of 750 reports are awaited,” he informed.
