Panaji: Total 644 new cases of COVID-19 infection was reported in Goa on Thursday, taking the total tally to 26,783.
The health department official said that 399 people were recovered on Thursday , after which 20,844 people have been declared as recovered by the state government.
In all 1,925 samples were tested of which 644 were tested positive, he said.
In all eight people died on Thursday taking the death toll to 327 in the coastal state.
