Panaji:Due to ongoing COVID-19 outbreak, Goa Prisons department has given parole to 37 convicts while two more would be followed in next couple of days.
Sources said that out of total 27 are undergoing life imprisonment, while 10 are on short prisonment at Central Jail, Colvale
The under-trials are not allowed to get the parole.
