Panaji: Goa’s coronavirus caseload went up by 156 and reached 45,761 on Friday, a health department official said.
The death toll mounted to 658 as two patients succumbed to the infection during the day, he said.
The number of recovered patients in the state rose to 43,388 with 192 of them getting discharge on Friday. The number of active cases is now 1715, the official said.
“A total of 1551 samples were tested during the day,” he added.
