Margao: All India Congress Committee Goa desk incharge Manickrao Thakrey while addressing workers in Margao said that the party will not take back any of the eight MLAs who has shifted to the Bharatiya Janata Party.
Thakrey was speaking in presence of GPCC President Amit Patkar, Congress leader Savio Coutinho and others.
He said that neither will they be taken back in the party, nor will they be considered for the ticket during 2027 elections.
He said that the congress is being strengthened in all the 40 assembly constituencies.
