Valpoi :The Congress Block Committee Valpoi has filed a written complaint against the Chief Minister Pramod Sawant and Health Minister, Vishwajit Rane for hurting the sentiments of Lord Ganesh devotees with their claim that corona positive cases are increasing after the Ganesh festival, on Monday at Valpoi Police Station.
We condemned the statement made by Goa Chief Minister two days back, that covid cases are rising in Goa after Ganesh Chaturthi before the festival the covid cases were decreasing and also the statement made by Health Minister Vishwajit Rane, that to celebrate Ganesh Chaturthi in February, Says Valpoi Congress block president Dashrath Mandrekar.
Further Mandrekar said that Health Minister misguiding the Goan people. The minister said that to celebrate the Ganesh Chaturthi in February and the Minister have celebrated the festival in the month August only. The presence Goa Government is totally failed in controlling the Corona Disease in Goa. Also the health minister is not handling the health department properly.
