Panaji: Port Minister Michael Lobo has said that despite ban, the activities of bull trawling and use of LED light are still going on off-Goa coast.
Lobo tweeted “Despite ban, bull trawling and LED fishing has once again surfaced on high seas. We need strict coastal patrolling with armed personnel to thwart unscrupulous elements.”
