Porvorim: Independent MLA Rohan Khaunte has accused BJP of trying to keep deserving people out from the upcoming Zilla Panchayat’s fray, through its tactics.
Khaunte tweeted “BJP’s game plan to keep deserving people from contesting the Zilla Parishad elections is out in the open now. One should never underestimate the power of people and democracy.”
“Elections must be fought on causes and work done for the people. Cunning tactics to derail the results by the government must be resisted.”
