Panaji, Goa, 23 May 2026: Goa Ayurvedic Medical Association (GAMA), in association with the Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India (EDII), Goa Centre, successfully organized a one-day training programme under the Raising and Accelerating MSME Performance (RAMP) initiative on the theme “Digital Marketing, Brand Management and Promotion” at Nalanda Hall, EDC House, Panaji.
The programme witnessed enthusiastic participation from around 60 AYUSH doctors and entrepreneurs from different parts of Goa, reflecting the growing interest among healthcare professionals in strengthening entrepreneurial and digital capabilities.
The programme commenced with registration followed by opening remarks and an overview of the RAMP initiative by Mr. Siddharth Joshi, Officer, EDII Goa Centre, who highlighted the objectives and expected outcomes of the training programme. The event was graced by the presence of Mr. Sivan Ambat, Head, EDII Goa Centre, and Mr. Sudipta Saha, Project Manager, who emphasized the significance of entrepreneurship development and strengthening MSME ecosystems.
The participants were welcomed by Dr. Shambhavi Gadgil and Dr. Devdutt Sail, representing GAMA, who emphasized the need for healthcare professionals to adapt to evolving technologies and changing communication landscapes.
Dr. Laxmi Bharne, Treasurer, GAMA, delivered the keynote address and stressed the importance of empowering Ayurvedic doctors through digital transformation, entrepreneurship and innovative business practices to enhance outreach and professional growth.
The technical sessions focused on key areas including digital marketing strategies, brand building, brand promotion and digital campaign optimization, aimed at helping participants improve their digital presence and expand their professional and business opportunities.
The programme served as an interactive platform for AYUSH doctors and entrepreneurs to gain practical insights, exchange ideas and understand the importance of effective digital engagement in today’s competitive environment.
The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Dr. Sushant Raikar, Secretary, GAMA, followed by a networking and interaction session among participants and resource persons.
