Panaji: All the 21 Goan students who were studying in the war torn Ukraine have returned back home and are currently continuing their courses online, a senior functionary said.
Goa NRI Commissioner Narendra Sawaikar told PTI that all the 21 students who were studying in different medical colleges of Ukraine have been rescued safely to India.
“They are safe back home and have continued their classes online. We have been regularly in touch with them,” he said.
Sawaikar stated that the State government and NRI Commission have assured them all the support that they would require. “At present, whatever support they require, we have given,” he added.
