Vasco: Police detained minor who was involved in an accident killing a woman on the spot while owner of the bike was arrested.
A speeding bike had killed a woman crossing road at Vasco on Monday.
Police detained minor boy and sent him to Apna Ghar while owner of the bike, Sanjay Naik, was arrested for giving the bike to minor, without having a driving licence.
