Panaji: Chief Minister Dr Pramod Sawant on Tuesday said that after eleven years of the Narendra Modi-led government, we can say that “Acche Din Aye Hai.”
Addressing the press conference to mark the completion of eleven years of Modi-led government, the Chief Minister said that in the year 2013, the BJP gave slogan that “Acche Din Ane Wale Hai”.
“Now, after eleven years, we can say that Acche Din Aye Hai. Now we are looking at Viksit Bharat 2047,” Sawant said.
The chief minister said that the current is the Amrit Kal of Viksit Bharat.
Sawant recalled that PM Modi started with the campaign of “Clean India” and the journey has continued. “We are now talking about Fit India,” the chief minister said.
The chief minister said that when PM began campaigning for cleanliness, it does not only speak about the cleaning the country but also cleansing the system of corruption.
“That is why, during the last eleven years, there is not a single allegation of corruption has been levelled against Modi-led government,” he said.
Sawant said that the PM has given “responsive, responsible government with the aim to reform, perform and transform.”
The chief minister said that the Modi led government has undertaken various reforms. “We have even replaced the old laws, replacing it with new ones,” he added.
“There is transformation in infrastructure and human resource. We saw it happening in last ten years. There is public participation in policy and project making,” he added.
