Panaji: Goa’s coronavirus caseload went up by 229 and reached 1,65,426 on Thursday , a health department official said.
The death toll mounted to 3,022 as nine of the patients succumbed to the infection during the day, he said.
The number of recovered patients in the state rose to 159677 with 258 of them getting discharged on Thursday . The number of active cases is now 2727, the official said.
“With 3596 new tests, the total number of tests conducted in the state has gone up to 9,02,150,” he added.
