Panaji: Agassaim police arrested 26-year-old woman for stealing gold ornament worth Rs six lakhs at Dongri.
Agassaim police had registered complaint filed by Grefa Fernandes that the accused person Pranali Pratap Naik (26) had stolen gold ornament from her residence on November 20.
She had stated that ornament including gold bracelet, gold chain and gold bangle all weighing 90 gms, worth Rs six lakh was stolen by the accused.
Police arrested the accused and the property has been recovered from her. Police Inspector Vikram Naik is investigating the case under supervision of SP North Nidhin Valsan and DySP Sudesh Naik.
