Vasco: Vasco police on Wednesday arrested a youth from New Vaddem named Ronaldo D’Souza for posting comments against Shivaji Maharaj on the facebook during the protests at Calangute on Tuesday. Several people had protested outside Calangute panchayat office after it gave an order to remove Statue of Shivaji Maharaj.
Police said that Ronald had posted objectionable comments on the Facebook reacting to the agitation. He was arrested by Vasco police after formal complaint was filed against him.
