Porvorim: Independent MLA Rohan Khaunte has said that he had feared this possibility of community transmission thanks to delusional CM.
In a series of tweets, Khaunte said “I had feared this all along. Community transmission has been reported in Mangor Hill in Goa with 40+ve cases. Thanks to our delusional @goacm, who is still calling Goa a green zone and is giving illegal entry to VIPs with second home in #Goa and tourists without reliable testing.
“Leaders should own up and be accountable. The worst fears are coming true! Lives of thousands of Goenkars are now at stake.”
“Let’s accept it – Goa is not a green zone by any parameters whatsoever. We need to buckle up and fight the virus based on facts. I extend my 100 per cent cooperation to @visrane @DrPramodPSawant and the government to help in whatever ways possible.”
