Panaji: Department of town and country planning (TCP) has granted yet another extension till February 28 for regularisation of unauthorised plots under Section 16B of TCP Act.
TCP had earlier granted time till January 26, which was later extended to February 20. Now the extension is granted till February 28, wherein those who have developed their land into non-agricultural plots in non-conforming land use zones and also the purchasers to apply for the necessary zone change.
