Panaji: Land grab case accused Suleman Siddiqui Khan told reporters that the second video he released was filmed at gunpoint and under the use of an electric shock.
Khan was produced before the Panaji court on Wednesday, where he briefly spoke to the media.
The second video was fake. They shot it at gunpoint and gave me an electric shock, he said.
The custodial escape accused also stated that he stands by all the allegations he made in the first video, in which he accused SP Crime Branch Rahul Gupta, DySP Suraj Halarnkar, and MLA Joshua D’Souza of assaulting him. He had also claimed that the police team helped him escape from jail.
The first video was made public by Goa Congress Vice President Sunil Kawthankar after it was sent to the residence of AAP Goa President Amit Palekar.
The second video accused Palekar of forcing him to record the first video. Police had questioned Palekar regarding the first video, while the source of the second video has always remained a mystery.
