S Goa District courts to resume work in two shifts from September 21

Panaji: As per the modified Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) issued by the Bombay High Court in Goa, South Goa District court, which fall under Table-B, will work in two shifts from September 21 with 50 per cent presence of judicial officers and staff in each shift.
In a circular issued by South Goa District court, it stated the District and subordinate courts of South Goa District falling in Table-B of the SOP. The timing for judicial working for first shift will be 10 am to 1pm and second shift will be 2:30 pm to 5:30pm.
The office working timing will be from 9:30 am to 1:15 pm for first shift and 1:45 pm to 5:30 pm for second shift.
“Where there is only one court or one cadre the Court working and office working shall be in only one (first) shift,” it stated.
Maintaining social distance, regular sanitizing and temperature checking with thermal guns will be mandatory for all.
