Curchorem: A lady delivered a baby on the way to the hospital in 108 Ambulance. The staff posted on the Ambulance helped the mother deliver the baby, providing pre-hospital care on the move.
Health Minister Vishwajit Rane congratulated the staff. In a statement posted on social media, Rane said “GVK EMRI 108 has always been one step ahead in providing commendable service to the citizens. Our EMT Shamal helped a mother delivery a baby en-route to the hospital at 2.30 am in Curchorem. The baby was given pre-hospital care by the 108 team and later both the mother and baby were shifted to Hospicio.
