Kejriwal, Atishi condoles death of Goa minister Ravi Naik

Panaji: Senior AAP leaders, including National Convenor Arvind Kejriwal and Delhi’s Leader of Opposition Atishi condoled death of Goa minister Ravi Naik on Wednesday.
Naik passed away at his home town of Ponda during early hours of Wednesday after suffering cardiac arrest.

Condoling his death, Kejriwal wrote on X “Saddened by the passing of Goa’s former CM and Agriculture Minister Ravi Naik ji. Heartfelt condolences to his family and supporters. May his soul rest in peace. Om Shanti.”

Delhi’s Leader of Opposition Atishi, who is also party incharge of Goa state, wrote on X handle “Deeply saddened by the passing of senior minister and former Chief Minister of Goa, Ravi Naik, who devoted more than 4 decades of life to public service. May God give strength to his family and supporters in this difficult time. Om Shanti.”
AAP Goa President Amit Palekar visited the residence of Naik at Ponda to pay homage to the departed soul.

Palekar told reporters that Naik was a tall leader whose performance as the chief minister will always be remembered.
