Mapusa: Mapusa police station have registered an FIR against one resident of Porvorim Police Station for cheating.
A FIR under sections 181, 182, 191, 192, 193, 196, 199, 200, 420 IPC has been registered upon the complaint of Mr. Shivprasad Naik, Administrator of Comunidade, North Zone, Mapusa, Bardez, Goa that on 08.11.2011 at TNK at The office of the Administrator of Comunidade, North Zone, Mapusa, Bardez, Goa accused Rajesh Suhas Verenkar R/o G-2, Shiva Housing Co operative Society, Kadamba Road, Porvorim,Goa intentionally to avail Comunidade Plot, while Facilitating the documentation accused Person when bound to provide correct information dishonestly prepared and produced Affidavit with False information before the Administrator of Comunidade of North Zone, Mapusa to procure the a Plot in landed property Survey No. 380/1 in Serula Comunidade and thereafter accused Person by virtue of Fraudulent means succeeded in getting a Plot no. 40 in landed property Survey No. 380/1 in Serula Comunidade.
In this connection further investigation is in progress.
