Panaji: Chief Minister Pramod Sawant today said that Director General of Shipping will finalize the professional contractor to remove naphtha from the vessel by Tuesday.
Sawant said that the State government is very serious on the issue and that he is personally monitoring the situation.
The unmanned vessel carrying 2,000 tonnes of naphtha, 50 tonnes of heavy oil and 19 tonnes of diesel has been grounded off the Goa coast since October 24.
