Panaji: Goa’s coronavirus caseload went up by 40 and reached 51,335 on Monday, a health department official said.
The death toll touched 743 as two of the patients succumbed to the infection during the day, he said.
The number of recovered patients in the state rose to 49,741 with 88 of them getting discharge on Monday. The number of active cases is now 851, the official said.
“With 1177 new tests, the total number of tests conducted in the state has gone up to 4,04,788,” he added.
