Colva: Colva Police have arrested Sadhan alias Rahul Chanda for kidnapping a minor girl.
Police traced the 34-year-old accused at Colva. He was involved in kidnapping a girl and sexually abusing her.
The entire operation was led under the supervision of SP south Abhishek Dhania and SDPO Margao Santosh Desai, PI Colva PS Therron D’costa.
