Panaji: Chief minister Pramod Sawant said that the state government will take action against those who dump industrial waste in Sewerage Treatment plants.
He said that there are designated places where industrial waste needs to be disposed off. “But we have noticed that it is being dumped in the STP. We will take strict action in such matters,” the chief minister said.
