Panaji: Speaker Pramod Sawant said that Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar will be flying to the USA this evening for his treatment as he has developed “some complications.”
Sawant told reporters that Parrikar will fly to the USA by a flight at 5 p.m. from Mumbai where he is currently admitted in Lilavati Hospital.
“There are some complications developed due to which he is going to the USA for treatment. His condition is stable and we need not worry,” he said.
He said that the chief minister will be back in the State within a week.
