In a big boost to the Goa Trinamool Congress, today, over 300 youth workers from Cumbarjua joined the party fold. The induction ceremony was presided over by Goa TMC leaders Shri Kiran Kandolkar, Shri Samil Volvoikar, Shri Mario Pinto, Shri Francis De Tuem and Shri Surendra Volvaikar.
Considering that TMC is only a few months old in Goa, this is a huge political development that further reiterates the faith and credibility that Goa TMC has amassed among the people at the grassroots as well as in urban areas. This not only strengthens Goa TMC’s on-ground base of party workers, but also is a testament to the fact that the youth of Goa are fed up with the BJP-Congress nexus in the state, that has repeatedly betrayed the people’s mandate and led the state astray. The faith that these determined youth leaders have expressed in TMC is reflective of the party’s far-reaching efforts on ground to reach out to determined workers who share TMC’s resolve to work towards the betterment of the state. In a similar joining event earlier this week, 38 leaders including ex-Sarpanches, deputy Sarpanch and several significant social activists from Cumbarjua joined TMC.
Upon joining Goa TMC, the youth expressed conviction in the party’s pro-people policies that are designed keeping the needs of Goans in mind.
Goa TMC wholeheartedly welcomes these dynamic youth leaders into the party fold, and hopes to work with them diligently to together usher in a the ‘New Dawn’ that the state is looking forward to.
