Panaji: Yoga Guru Baba Ramdev hit the Miramar Beach on Saturday morning to perform Asanas and also perform puja of Shivling on the occasion of Mahashivaratri.
The Yoga Guru is currently in Goa to participate in the three-day-long yoga camp, which began at Miramar Beach on Saturday.
Ramdev performed Asanas on the specially made platform on the beach. “This is for weight lose,” he explained as her performed some of the difficult Asanas with fluency.
Later, he went for a short run on Miramar Beach accompanied by Chief Minister Pramod Sawant. Clad in White shirt and track pant, Sawant was seen running with Baba Ramdev.
The Yoga Guru also performed Puja at the specially prepared Shivling made out of the Sand. “You can pour milk on the Shivling and still it will not crumble,” he said.
