Panaji: Even as State is waiting for chief minister Manohar Parrikar to return after his three month long treatment in the USA, deputy speaker Michael Lobo has decided to give his feedback about public feeling to his leader.

“I want to seek time from the chief minister. I want to appraise him the feedback from the people. I want to urge him to replace the ailing and non performing ministers or reallocate their portfolios,” said Lobo.

Lobo said that he does not consider chief minister as ailing as “he is coming back after taking treatment from the USA.”

He said the demand of the people is good governance and that can be done only when ministers perform. Some of the ministers are non performing, while some have health issues, he said refusing to name anyone.

Lobo said that the ailing ministers should on their own give up the positions and look after their health.
