Panaji: AAP on Monday announced Joseph Gabriel Pimenta as INDIA Alliance candidate for upcoming Benaulim ZP by election.
Pimenta’s ticket was announced during a press conference in Panaji on Monday which was attended by AAP Goa chief Amit Palekar, Benaulim MLA Venzy Viegas and other leaders including Surel Tilve and Valmiki Naik.
Pimenta has joined AAP four months back.
Introducing the candidate, Viegas said that Pimenta is a seaman who has started his small-time business at Orlim village.
