Aam Aadmi Party has said that at a time when wholesale liquor businesses have been allowed to function, and bars have still been kept shut, the government instead of waiting for centre’s SOPs can allow bars to do counter sales to offset heavy loses due to prolonged closure. General Secretary of the party Pradeep Padgaonkar said the government the government should waive license renewal fees as an incentive to help traditional bar owners survive instead of extending financial assistance to undeserving BJP workers masquerading as construction workers.
