Panaji: The Goa Real Estate Regulations Authority (RERA) has issued notices to three builders for non-registration of their projects under the act.
The notice is issued based on the complaint filed by social activist Kashinath Shetye.
The notice is issued to Rajdeep builders for their six projects – Rajdeep Green Fields, St Cruz, Rajdeep Residency Chimbel, Rajdeep Residency, Donapaula, Rajdeep Anani Residency, Bhatulem, Rajdeep Residency, Taleigao and Rajdeep Residency, Mapusa.
L& B Associates, Builders and Developers, Mapusa for their Sapphire Apartments project and M/s Riviera Constructions Pvt Ltd, Mapusa for their project Riviera Gardens .
The notices state that project proponents have marketed and offered to sell the projects without getting registered under the RERA Act and Rules.
The builders have therefore been asked to submit their reply by July 23, 2018
