Bicholim: Revolutionary Goans Party chief Manoj Parab has targeted Power Minister Sudin Dhavalikar over death of a linesman at Bicholim.
Parab tweeted “One more life lost due to negligence of the electricity department. Sudin Dhavlikar is the most irresponsible and incapable minister. He did the same thing when he was in PWD. Every time a common Goenkar is losing their family member because of this failed governance. “
