Panaji: While government has kept in abeyance its own order appointing Srinet Kotwale as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Imagine Panaji Smart City Development Limited
(IPSCDL), Goa Forward Party has smelt a rat in the order.
Under Secretary (Personnel) Vishal Kundaikar, in his order, had kept in abeyance the appointment of Kotwale as MD and CEO of the IPSCDL. The fresh order came within 24 hours of the original order.
Reacting to the incident, GFP has suspected that the order was issued as Kotwale refused to be the Yes Man of the CM.
GFP Vice President Durgadas Kamat tweeted “Pappu @goacm is leading a pathetic #StateOfAffairs by replacing an #Officer in 24 hrs who rejected to be his #YesMan as it would stop his loot under the #SmartCityProject. Chief Secretary must clarify and immediately reverse the #TransferOrder within 24 hours. #SaveGoaNow.”
