Panaji: Indian Medical Association’s Goa branch, in a statement issued, has condemned the media trial on the doctors working at Goa Medical College and Hospital.
IMA Goa Unit Chief Dr S Samuel said that the association strongly stands by doctor colleagues who are working in a very stressful condition.
“All these three departments of medicine, anaesthesist, and radiology are on the frontline in the fight against COVID-19,” he said.
“We request an independent, unbiased, speedy and transparent enquiry into the matter so that the hard truth may be laid bare. We are eagerly waiting for a transparent inquiry and let full truth be laid open,” he said
