Panaji, October 8, 2025: The Goa Tourism Development Corporation (GTDC) inaugurated upgraded facilities at the GTDC Miramar Residency on Monday, with three rooms converted into specially designed spaces to enhance accessibility and comfort for all visitors.
In view of the upcoming International Purple Fest, Goa, participants and guests will be accommodated at the Miramar and Panjim Residencies, both of which feature specially abled-friendly rooms. These initiatives are part of Goa’s ongoing efforts to become a Divyang-friendly state, ensuring inclusivity across its tourism infrastructure.
It was inaugurated by Managing Director, GTDC, Kuldeep Arolkar in the presence of General Manager (Marketing/Hotels), GTDC, Gavin Dias; Dy. General Manager (Marketing/Hotels), GTDC, Deepak Narvekar; Deputy Director, Department of Tourism, Dhiraj Vagle; and Sr. Manager, GTDC, Vishesh Naik.
Speaking about the initiative, Kuldeep Arolkar, Managing Director, GTDC, said, GTDC continues to focus on improving its facilities and ensuring that all guests enjoy a comfortable experience. These upgrades are part of our ongoing efforts to enhance accessibility and provide better hospitality across our residencies.
