GPCC chief appeals the public to vote
Panaji: Goa Pradesh Congress Committee (GPCC) president Girish Chodankar appealed the public to vote for ZP elections today. In a recent tweet he said.
“Voting is the expression of our commitment to ourselves, one another, our tiny Goa and this country. Not voting is not a protest. It is a surrender. We @INCGoa appeal everyone to exercise VotingRight today for ZP elections.”
Tha Zilla panchayat elections are taking place today in Goa. More than 10 % voting reported across all the ZP polling booths in the state till 10 am. The voting is expected to pick up post-lunch.
