Panaji: The COVID-19 pandemic is showing downtrend in Goa with 85 people testing positive on Tuesday, reporting 4.22 per cent positivity rate.
As per health department bulletin, a total of 85 people were tested positive on Tuesday taking the toll to 2,44,287.
Three persons died due to infection during the day, after which the death toll has touched 3777.
The number of recovered patients in the state rose to 238756 with 469 of them getting discharged on Tuesday.
“With 2012 new tests, the total number of tests conducted in the state has gone up to 18,56,588,” he added.
