Panaji: Goa government has asked clarification from South Goa District Collector Jyoti Kumari over the circular that had asked the staff to contribute for holding Republic Day function.
State Revenue Minister Atanasio Monserratte told reporters on Wednesday that he has sought clarification from South Goa District Collector over the circular.
“I have asked on what basis the circular was issued. You cannot issue such a circular,” the minister said.
