Panaji: The confusion seems to have prevailed on whether man or a woman was driving the Mercedes that killed three people at Banastarim on Sunday.
While Mardol police have arrested Paresh Sawardekar, the eye witnesses have told media channels that it was a woman who was on the driving seat.
Police were not available for comments on the issue. Sources stated that Paresh surrendered to the police on Monday morning.
