The 7th edition of the Akhil Gomantakiya Daivadnya Brahmin Youth Association (AGDBYA) Daivadnya Cricket Cup 2025 was held on March 1 and 2, 2025, at S.A.G Ground, Fatorda.
The concluding ceremony was attended by Dr. Lt. Col (Retd) Vinod Dyaneshwar Salkar as the Chief Guest and music composer, arranger, singer, and keyboard player Mukesh Ghatwal as the Guest of Honour.
Simran Santosh Haldankar was felicitated during the function for securing a bronze medal for India at the South Asian Karate Championship 2024, sponsored by Ulhas Jewellers.
A total of 14 teams from across Goa, including two women’s teams, participated in the tournament. AGDBYA’s newly elected President, Seema R. Vernekar, welcomed the guests and other dignitaries, briefing the audience about the association’s events, activities, and social services throughout the year.
Chief Guest Dr. Lt. Col (Retd) Vinod Dyaneshwar Salkar appreciated AGDBYA’s efforts in professionally organizing such events and thanked the association for inviting him.
The winning and runner-up teams, along with outstanding individual players, were awarded trophies in a grand function attended by more than 300 people. The trophies awarded were as follows:

Vaibhavi Bandodkar and Vishal Vernekar compered the function. AGDBYA Secretary Sahil Lotlikar delivered the vote of thanks, expressing gratitude to the guests, teams, players, sponsors, audience, match officials, and volunteers for their valuable contributions.
