Margao: Goan Seamen Association of India has criticized Benaulim MLA Venzy Viegas for welcoming government’s decision to extend the Pension scheme.
The Association is demanding that the scheme be made permanent.
During the Press Conference held on Saturday in Margao, the Association said “ “Being a seafarer himself, Venzy should have pressurised the authorities to announce a permanent scheme.”
