Porvorim: Almost 50 per cent of Mahadayi river water has already been diverted, which has put Goa in the red zone, MGP MLA Sudin Dhavalikar said.
Talking to reporters outside the assembly complex, Dhavalikar said that Mahadayi is important issue which needs to be debated on the floor of the House.
“Almost 50 per cent of the water has already been diverted,” he said.
