Panaji: BJP Goa President Vinay Tendulkar will be visiting Mumbai hospital to meet Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar before his departure to the USA to get clarity on leadership issue.
“It is a prerogative of the Chief Minister and there is no clarity on who would hold the charge in his absence. Our party’s Goa unit president Vinay Tendulkar will be going to Mumbai now to meet Parrikar and only after that we will get clarity on it,” Union AYUSH Minister Shripad Naik said when asked about who will hold charge in absence of Parrikar.
He said that Parrikar’s condition is stable and he is flying to USA for “medical advice.” Naik said Parrikar will return within eight days.
