Two minor girls goes missing from Siridao school, traced within three hours

Goa Velha: Two minor girls who went missing from their school near Panaji were traced on Wednesday, within three hours after they went not present, a senior police official said.

Agassaim police said that Head Master of government high school at Siridao, eight kms away from here, filed complaint on November 29 that two girls aged 14 and 13 year respectively has gone missing from the school.

The complaint was lodged at around 1.30 pm at Aggasaim police station. The team of police officials led by Police Inspector Vikram Naik began searching both the girls.

Naik  said that police inquired with the fellow students but no one could give any information about the missing girls.

He stated that three teams of police personnel were formed who checked various CCTV footages at Agassaim, Panaji city and Old Goa.

Naik said that both the victim girls were not carrying their mobile phones, further the phone numbers of the both victim girls were kept on surveillance and CDR were obtain and analyzed.

“Further, through technical assistance and through reliable sources and other sources information was gathered and both the missing girls were traced at Miramar beach at 4.30 pm.  within 3 hours of reporting,” he said.
