Goa Velha: Agassaim police have registered complaint against three persons Saiesh Borkar, Saiesh Naik and unknown accused for harassing a woman from Dongri. The initial reports claimed that Saiesh Borkar is a brother of MLA Viresh Borkar, but there was no formal confirmation to it.
As per the complaint filed with Agassaim police station by a woman, both the accused along with another person, abused her with filthy words and assaulted her.
The case has booked against all three accused under sections 504, 323, 506, 447, 354 of Indian Penal code.
While one of the accused is reported to be brother of MLA Viresh Borkar, the GNH tried to reach to the MLA but he was not available on phone. The calls to Agassaim police inspector also fetched no response.
