Old Goa: Goa Police after consulting the Church has issued this preliminary advisory for the pilgrims and tourists visiting the Exposition of Holy Relics of St Francis Xavier, which will begin from tomorrow.
Superintendent of Police (North) Akshat Kaushal told reporters that no big baggages would be allowed near the Church premises. The pilgrims and tourists should not carry tobacco products like cigarettes.
They also should not carry intoxicants. There is ban on carrying sharp edge items and has been advised to avoid metal items.
The mobiles are allowed inside the Church premises but they will have to be switched off, compulsorily.
