Panaji: “I am mentally prepared to take over responsibility of Chief Minister,” said senior cabinet Minister Ramakrishna ‘Sudin’ Dhavalikar.
“If people are happy with my work then I am mentally prepared to take over the responsibility as Chief Minister,” Dhavalikar told media persons today evening.
“But let us not talk on that issue at this stage,” he commented further.
Ailing Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar is currently in USA for advance medical treatment. He is expected to be back in Goa by end of June.
Speaking about Lok Sabha elections, Dhavalikar said that the decision on whether to extend support to BJP or go independent for the parliamentary polls will be taken by the Central committee.
